One island through another, a talk by Eli Kerr

Fogo Island Arts presented a digital talk in the Lost & Found Agency series titled One island through another. Reflecting on the local specificities of two places, Eli Kerr discussed how his time in residence on Fogo Island last fall put into perspective his curatorial activities where he works and lives in Tiohtià:ke (Montréal). Using the daily talk between two buildings as departure points – home and studio in Deep Bay, apartment and gallery in Plateau Mile-End – Kerr presented his exhibition-making practice and Parc Offsite, the curatorial office which he founded in summer of 2020.
